Still smarting from being schooled by the Alta Hawks, the Pleasant Grove Vikings girls soccer team hosted cross-town rivals when the Lone Peak Knights came to town. The Knights, a perennial power in girls soccer appeared to be having a down season. The fourth-place Knight sporting a region record of 2-3 got what they were hoping for as they picked up a solid win against the Varsity Vikings 3-1.The JV Vikings put up a better fight, but could not score against the visiting Knights and had to settle for a 0-0 tie.
