Doesn't NBC news have other things more important to report on then this lady and her thong? Isn't oil up to $180/ barrel? Isn't there people dieing in a war in the far east? I thought the econony was on a down hill slide and there weren't any jobs, but I guess thong incedents over a year ago is important too. Just a thought.
"Wronged by a Thong???"
I regret I brought this whole thing up. I want the 5 minutes and 43 seconds back that it took to listen to the "plantiff's" lame argument.
"The undergarment was defective in both its design and manufacture"
"This case is definitely about protecting the consumer"
Also, I'm no expert on thongs, but doesn't that heart look like it's on the back of the "undergarment?"
How does that staple--on the backside of the "undergarment"--fly up and hit her in the eye? Just how much force was she applying when she was putting it on?
Oh, I forgot to say . . .
Good internet work, jessi, to find the actual interview.
You are a world wide web wonder!
Maybe this was here first time putting on the thong and had it on backward and inside out, thus the back of the staple flew up and hit her. I can't believe the lawyer agreed to pursue VS. Must be a little slow in the office.
You guys crack me up. Does she look 52? I couldn't get over the way she looks. I think the fact that maybe she has "out grown" thongs is appicable in more ways than one. :)
