I have to say that Pride and Prejudice has to be my favorite movie as of late. I have watched it every day now this week (including Sunday) and am finding it difficult to pull myself back to reality. (You would understand if you were female.) Why is it so romantic? Is it the gorgeous scenry that falls all around them? Or is it the fact that besides the strong attraction that occurs between Elizabeth and Mr. Darci they create an intellectual and almost disagreeable relationship. This is of course until he professes much love for Elizabeth in the pouring down rain. I love the stinging words that Elizabeth so easily speaks to him on more than one occasion. Ah to speak your mind without a care in the world. I admire her mostly for that reason. But my favorite part (amongst many) is the last part spoken by Mr. Darci and I quote, "You have bewitched me body and soul and I love and love and love you." Could you just melt right this very moment!!! Plus, the little twitching he does with his eyes everytime he sees or talks to her. Okay, I must stop and watch it again. Oh, Brandon is in a very bad place right now, poor soul. :)

Bestill my beating heart. I just got over my Pride and Prejudice stint but after that romantic reminder, I'll have to watch again and again and again.

Oh ladies, please. You need to find a large bucket of ice and soke yourselves in it. Life in the world of Pride and Prejudice is way ward and I will not stand for it. There is nothing like having some one you can have an intellectual conversation with, but every day? How boring. And if conversation with our spouse aren't exciting from time to time even a little hot and steemy then shame on us. I'm not the model to be looking at, I'm not at all perfect and I know I could do more to melt my wife's heart but how much better the relationship when we try and work at being better. I guess I'm not making any sense but live is lived once we need to make memories, fun ones, sad ones, intellectual ones, crazy ones, diorganied ones, (I have a lot of those,) intimate ones (often), and definatly ones with our kids. Adventures are great, but let's not forget the greatest adventure ever one we can decide what happens, our own lives.

Well, well, well, . . . don't we have an opinion of things, jason. That's perfectly alright, plus you bring up a very good point. We do need to create memories and work at our marriages. But you miss the point of the beauty of the movie. See they were too prideful to work at their relationship, but once someone gave in for the other; the pride was then dropped and their love was able to flow. (cheesy) Anyway, I still find Pride and Prejudice to be entertaining as well as extremly romantic. Plus, we aren't always looking for a stimulative converstion. . . just so you know. :)

You're right. The beauty of such a movie is that good dominates evil, sickness becomes healthy, emptiness becomes fulness of live and love, and love always prevails. That's why I'm such a movie freek, and will always be. Oh, by the way, yes I like Pride and Prejudice. But, what does Mr. Darci do? How does he make 10,000 pounds a month? All he does is go to parties and write letters. Does anyone have the answer? Please I must know...

I guess no one knows the answer to my questions. I'll have to go thru live without having the little bit of info. Boy that's going to bug me:)

A collaboration of minds, hearts, and lives. . . in this family, it's a Zoo!
