That is the most incredible thing I have seen. It looks like a dragon and blue fire all at the same time. so . . . I think I will call it . . . Dragon on fire?? Is that a slug?
I'm pretty sure that is a photo from space of the creature that fought against Godzilla in that movie, Godzilla VS. the Butterfly Seal.
After scanning the picture into my biomelecular skin and animal desifering machine, (any of that spelled right?) it has come up with a possible answer. Did jammin say "Butterfly Seal?" Anyway, this creature only shows it's true identity when our yellow sun is at it's highest point in the sky. There has only been one other sighting besides this one and it was back in the 1492 when Christopher Columbis landed on the shores of the "New Land," as he walked ashore he saw this same creature in the sand and thought it to be a good sign. Later in history while uncovering some lost pages to an ancient book, or diary as some experts would say, there was a lady who travled much long before Columbis and while sunbathing on the beach that was the landing spot of columbis she had lost a broch. When Columbis had picked it up and thru many hands this woman was again reunited with it. She then passed it down from one daughter to the next and the next and so on until this day when it was again lost on the shores of where ever and I am sure that lady would be very glad that we have found her beloved broch.
hahahahahahhahahahahahah

This is a most bizarre animal, eh? I'd say it's a sea slug. Too bad the slugs on land aren't so beautiful...
