Sniff, sniff. I can't believe it. He's on his mission! He will be so fantastic. I can't wait to send him cookies to the MTC. How are you, G-dawg? Feel weird to have a missionary?
I can't help but get teary eyed at the thought of sweet jordan gone for 2 years. He is going to be so impressive out in that big wide open field of snow. (field so white, hee hee) Anyway, can't wait to hear all the great things he's going to do. How's the fam doing?
The Dawg family is probably a little in denial that he's really gone (except Maddie--she knows he's gone because she inherited his cell phone!). You know, having Jordan be gone to SUU for a year really helped, in many ways, to prepare for his leaving on a mission.
I think I was more excited for him than sad when we got to the MTC (as you can maybe tell on my face in the picture!). I have such great memories of the MTC.
Ah, the dreaded "dork dot" "new missionary dot," whatever they are calling it, nice and bright orange. Jordan will be great and if time continues to fly like it has been it will be like tomorrow when he gets back, stay strong G-dawg and Mrs. G-dawg. We will be sending stuff to him thanks for the address.
Sweet! Congrats again!
P.S. Thank you for posting his address. It's always nice to get letters at the MTC, eh?
G-dawg, didn't you just get back from your mission? before you know it you will be sending of your grand kids!!!
