We, too, had a great Halloween. Maybe a little too great. The girls got to wear their costumes a total of four times at four different parties/occasions. I was worn out by the time Halloween was over. Yes, Amanda is a bald eagle. Yes, it was her idea. Yes, she always keeps us guessing what's up her sleeve next. Lucy wants everything to do with anything princess. Here, she is our sweet fairy princess. Besides Halloween, it was great to see everyone (not quite everyone) Sunday for the baby blessing. It was nice. It was great to see Brett and Wendi as I hardly ever see them. Tot straks (until soon).

An Eagle! good grief girl! what a mom! Lucy truely looks like a princess and well amanda looks sorta like an eagle. Can't believe you sewed them......
I for one think Amanda looks EXACTLY like an eagle!! I am extremely IMPRESSED!!! In all my 6 years of parenting I've never put THAT much effort into my kids costumes.
Nice costumes, I always loved it when my mom helped me get something really cool together for Halloween. That's always comforting to see festive costumes that aren't scary...
