The numbers are in!

The internal audit of activity on The Zoo for October 2006 has been completed. The results are as follows:

Number of Posts (17)
  1. Jessi--6
  2. G-Dawg--6
  3. Nature Woman--2
  4. Jasonic--1
  5. Jen--1
  6. Lancelot Henry--1
  7. Azboy--0
Number of Comments to Posts (67)
  1. Jasonic--21
  2. G-Dawg--15
  3. Nature Woman--9
  4. Jen--8
  5. Jessi--8
  6. Lancelot Henry--6
  7. Azboy--0
The numbers don't lie: G-Dawg spends 'way too much time on the site. Jasonic would rather comment than post, Nature Woman's involvement is more moderate and healthy than is G-Dawg's, Jessi would almost rather post than comment, Jen needs to step it up, Lancelot Henry is probably studying instead of getting on the site (which is a good thing!), and Azboy needs internet access in his truck!

Reaction?

First of all, let me just say, I love all of the activity on the site. I love reading people's comments and posts. But, after G-dawg took the time to tally the numbers, I'm starting to wonder what ELSE G-dawg does with his time? But, I realize the error of my ways and will "step it up." Thanks for the highly sophisticated data analysis.

That's right, Jen. Rather than draw attention to others' issues, we must first take responsibility for our own failures and shortcomings. We can't change what we won't acknowledge, can we? I, for one, think Jen has made excellent progress today in making an important change in her life. Good for you, Jen. Good for you.

I'm not exactly sure what to say to your recent study, g-dawg. Let's just say that I am a Leader, if you will. Someone who not only doesn't sit back and let things happen to her, but takes charge and creates things for others. Life is mearly too short to be passed by, run over, and stepped on. We must stand and fight for what we believe in. Creating a place where our families can grow and nurture each other in this time of uncertanty and misplacement. . . . Oh, oh, excuse me did I say all that out loud?

Wow, Jessi! Can I just say, wow. I am even now applauding and standing on my chair, roused by the sentiment and leadership you are showing forth. The tear in my eye is being wiped away and my resolve to "step it up" has now been doubled. No, tripled. No. . . quadrupled.

Ok, let's not get outta control here, but it seems that this blog is the coolest thing since we found the other side of the pillow. Seriously, technology is so rad it makes...hmm...I don't know, but it makes something look bad.

A collaboration of minds, hearts, and lives. . . in this family, it's a Zoo!
