OK. I think it's only right for me to break the blogging silence. For all I know, the rest of you have taken a vow of silence until I make an entry. So, if that is the case, consider the vow to be unnecessary starting right now.

Thanks to all who called to wish me a happy birthday. It was a great day as it was followed by a three-day weekend. Let's hear it for Mr. Labor and his famous place in history! Was he a president or something?

We had regional conference today. It was broadcast from the Marriott Center on BYU campus. The entire valley, all 80 family stakes and 28 college stakes, were invited to attend at the Marriott Center or at meeting houses around the valley. I got to attend with my family--which was nice. We heard from Pres. Monson, Elder Wirthlin, and Elder Samuelson (who is also President of BYU). I'm getting to spend the rest of the day wth my family (happy birthday to me!).
