To me there is nothing more calming than the sounds of Miles Davis on a quiet night. I'm grateful for quiet times to reflect and reorganize. I feel like I should probably take these times more often. Maybe I would be a more patient mother. By the way, is patience a talent or does everybody have to work on it? I wish I possessed patience and a creative mind, when it comes to raising children. Oh well, maybe if I work hard enough those two traits will come.

Hello Jessi,
I'm pretty sure everyone has to force a smile instead of crack heads on a regular basis. I just think some are better at hiding it than others. Patience...now that's the stuff.

By letting them know because of their behavior they can get something I've noticed that my childred will react in the way I want them to. It has taken a little bit of time, but it seems to be working. My patience is very short but again I have notice it lengthening. This in time will come to all of us. "Patience is a virtue," someone said that.

Patience is a virtue and yes some seem to have it more than others. I on the other hand had patience for some things and none for other things. Work work work or was it never, never, never give up. Winston Churchhill....WHat Miles Davis were you listening to? I LOVE Miles Davis.....you children are amazing!!
