The Zoo

FINELY

We have snow....8" so far and falling as I type...We need it soooobad....I know snow is nothing for you Utahyins but for us Whaaahooo!! Dad has been working at home the last two weeks putting in pipe fencing around the barn and shed. He sets the pipe vertical in cement and then he cuts horizonal pipe to fit the vertical pipe in rails then he will have to weld each horizonal pipe. I have been finishing a bed size quilt I started 2 1/2 years ago. And working with Denny almost each day. Right now he is in Star Valley being trained to be a trail horse. A man looked at him to buy or rather we were going to trade horses one for Max and Rick wanted too much for his mare. He came back the next morning and said "when I was with Denny yesterday, he was really talking to me. He said a whole lot of stuff, he really wants to stay with you. I don't want the horse but I believe I could work with Denny and teach him to be a trail horse". He'd do it for the horse not for money. What goes around comes around he said. And he felt it would only take a week or two....So Denny is out there right now being ridden and ridden. I've been out there watching and learning. We bought Dad a saddle the other day because he would like to ride too. Anyway we are well and happy and welcoming the New Year...Dad has plenty of work ahead so that's comforting too. Love to all of you and please share my e-mails with your children. I try to send only meaningful ones and animal ones for the Grands..... Hugs and kisses from us.....

Thanks for sharing it nice to hear what's going on in good'ol AZ. Speaking of AZ, where in the world is AZboy? When you see him let him know he is missed.

A collaboration of minds, hearts, and lives. . . in this family, it's a Zoo!
