To be happy, or not to be happy, that is the ?
Since this is a place to keep everyone current with what's going on and I won't go on about this very long, I don't want our family Christmas letter to be boring, I was sustained the ward Executive Secretary today. It was suprising and yet I'm excited to be able to get to know many of the members, so if any of you ex-bishopric or existing bishopric brothern have any advise I am very open. Loves and kisses

Cool, Jay! I'm not even sure I know what an Executive Secretary does. Do you set up appointments with the bishop and call people to give opening prayer and cool stuff like that? That will be a good way to get to know the ward. You'll do great!
What a good job in the church!! you are in the know and really get to know the ward members. Max had that job, close to his first job in the church. He appreciated rubbing shoulders with the "Rick", because that are such good men, and of course so are you!! I know someone will make something of that colloquialism (boy I had to look that one up myself, to get the spelling right.)Love and Huggs...
